According to my cycle chart, i should be having my FP phase today. I'm emotionally stable, always crave for food (salty,sweet, chocolate food) and my weight increase by 2kg this week. I'm hoping for this LP phase to be longer than it should be. My instinct is saying that the Vitex is already take effect on my endocrine system. 1st and 2nd week of taking Vitex, my body is always heating. My lips and skins was dry. After almost 4 weeks taking vitex, all the hot flush and dry lips and skin has gone. I hope my TTC will succeed this time. May Allah answer my prayer..amin..
